Now personally, when I make cookie dough just for myself to eat, I still put in the eggs - why? Because I've been doing it my whole life, as has my mother, and no one I know is dead yet from it. But, of course I understand that some people just aren't into salmonella exposure and that's okay - so I make all my cookie dough balls for guests egg-free. Here's my ultimate secret:
So first, simply follow the directions on the back - all of these mixes only require water and some vegetable oil or butter (yep, that's it, because remember - we're leaving out the eggs!) Simply just put a couple extra teaspoons of water in to make up for the lack of egg moisture.
Then, this is the hardest part of all - find room in your freezer to flash freeze them:
Then, bring to your event! You can dress them up for a party by putting them in cute little cupcake liners, or simply have them lining a pretty plate with toothpicks or mini spoons. These are so easy and delicious and you can make them ahead of time and keep them stored in your freezer (just wrap them up well) until you need them! Mmmmm! :)
