I hate to say it, but I'm not big on making apple desserts - how many pies do you expect me to eat in a 2 week period?! I just can't do it. So, here are some eclectic ways to use apples in salads, appetizers, and dinner - it keeps things healthy without 14 cups of sugar for all those pies, and it uses up all of the apples falling off my kitchen counters!
